By accessing or using Situara ("the Service"), operated by Woon IoT BV ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Situara is a risk monitoring and assessment platform that aggregates publicly available data from third-party sources including:
The Service provides visualization, analysis, and reporting tools based on this aggregated data.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We do not warrant that:
Situara is a decision-support tool. It does not replace professional risk assessment, regulatory compliance audits, or emergency response systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woon IoT BV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Reports generated are licensed for your internal business use only. The Situara platform, design, and branding remain property of Woon IoT BV.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time via settings or by contacting support.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rotterdam, Netherlands.
