Situara unifies eleven categories into one operator-focused view with sector-specific configuration, alerting, and PDF reporting for regulators. The Live Map is free; the paid Dashboard adds filtering, sector weighting, alert rules, and integrations.

Yes. Situara Water is a dedicated module for European drinking-water utilities, built around EU Drinking Water Directive 2020/2184. It offers zone-based public status pages, a postcode check in 7 EU languages, drill/exercise mode, money metrics (TTA, Ack Rate), and QR-code integration. Available at water.situara.com.

The Live Map is free and remains free. The Operator plan starts at EUR 295 per month per site. Enterprise plans (multi-site, API, SLA, dedicated support) start at EUR 1,500 per month. Custom water-utility pricing on agreement. All prices excluding VAT.

What data sources does Situara use?

Accepted Answer

official seismological and volcanological agencies, satellite fire-detection and oceanic warning centres, international and regional public-health authorities, academic conflict-research and media-monitoring programmes, national meteorological services, and internet- and navigation-integrity monitors for GNSS interference, and a European network for radiation monitoring.

Is Situara GDPR-compliant?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Situara is EU-hosted (Hetzner Falkenstein, Germany) with no third-country data transfer for storage. The public Live Map collects no personal data. The Water postcode check is GDPR-by-design with no citizen data captured. Authenticated operator accounts include audit logging.

Can Situara integrate with our SCADA or ERP?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on the Enterprise tier. We provide a REST API for SCADA, BMS, ITSM, and ERP integration. Webhook alerts can be delivered to Slack, Microsoft Teams, MS Sentinel, or any generic HTTP endpoint. Custom integrations available on request.
